- The Eskenazi Health Gender Health Program, located on the fifth floor of the Sandra Eskenazi Outpatient Care Center, provides access to a network of primary care and specialty services for older adolescent and adult transgender patients of all gender identities. In Indiana, the first of its kind, the program combines primary care and other comprehensive services with surgical options.

- Trinity Haven’s Transitional Living Program (TLP) provides a safe, welcoming, and affirming home for LGBTQ youth and young adults ages 16-21 who do not have homes of their own. Trinity Haven’s Host Homes Program provides short-term housing for LGBTQ youth and young adults ages 16-24. Based on the national model developed by Point Source Youth, host homes are a short-term intervention for youth and young adults experiencing homelessness or housing instability.
