Selections announced August 31

All selected ambassadors must be present for a required in person summit in mid August. Dates to be confirmed.

A PAID INVESTMENT

$10,000 personal stipend
$10,000 event production budget

These funds directly resource Black trans leadership.

FOR THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN WORKING IN THE TRENCHES

The ones organizing without infrastructure.
The ones called to speak and not paid.
The ones made visible and often times left unsupported.

For the ones who have been building anyway.

A WORKING RESIDENCY

Selected ambassadors will:

Organize three to four signature events across the year, including Pride, Trans Day of Visibility, Trans Day of Remembrance, and community defined activations rooted in local need

Build and maintain partnerships with local organizations to strengthen Black trans community infrastructure

Collect community impact data and maintain a monthly expense log tied to program funding

Represent the work publicly through media, speaking, and community engagement

WHO THIS IS FOR

Black trans people based in the United States
People with a clear political analysis and a commitment to Black trans community building

People who are not new to this work.

This is not visibility without resources
This is not celebration without investment

This is a commitment to true Black trans leadership as power, as infrastructure, and as the future.
